Thunder (Levi x Reader) [AU]
The sound of booming thunder woke me up. I rubbed my eyes and glanced at the clock:
I groggily dragged myself out of bed, staggered towards the window, and looked outside. Lightning flashed, illuminating the clouds with an ominous dark yellow glow. Thunder quickly followed, the sound making me feel like the earth would split into two. The crackling thunder was deafening, and it scared me.
I've always hated thunderstorms. The sound of booming and crackling and the flashy thin bolts of lightning has always made me quiver in fear. I couldn't bear to sleep while hearing those sounds without burying myself in the blankets and blocking out little of the sound with my earphones, turning up the music as loud as it can go. Well, as loud as my ears can handle.
'Hmm, might as well stay up,' I thought aloud, walking to the bedroom door with a blanket covering most of my figure.
Movie Night (AvengersxReader)“Tony are you sure we should go the movies?” you asked cautiously. “I mean, you being a billionaire and all, we could have just watched something at your home theater.”
“Yeah but it’s not the same,” he huffed, buying the tickets for everybody.
Tonight was movie night with all the Avengers including Loki. Usually all of you just watch a random movie picked out from Stark’s huge movie library and just pop it in the DVD player, kicking back at the large couch. However tonight Tony insisted that everyone get off their lazy asses and head to a movie theater. Why? The man just liked to be unpredictable, you assumed.
Currently, everyone was on edge. Natasha seemed to be relaxed but you just knew that she was just waiting for Tony or someone else to do something stupid, thus ending the night as a disaster. Bruce was trying to keep to himself mostly by ignoring any fans that whispered about him when they passed by. He tried not to stand out. You k
It was late and the nightclub you had entered was jam-packed. Everywhere you looked there were people dancing to the explosive beat that pulsed from the large speakers, and drunken souls making fools of themselves. Normally, you weren't comfortable in places such as this, but tonight you had made an exception. Because tonight you had every reason to party.
From your place at the bar you could see everything that the club had to offer. From its flashing lights, to its excellent sound-system and wide variety of beverages, it was pure heaven. Well, to any hardcore clubber at least.
You sighed gently as you took another sip from your glass of water, and moved to ask the bartender for another when someone exhaled loudly right next to you. You already knew who it was before you turned to look, but it was a sad fact that you couldn't blow off your companion forever. No matter how tempting the idea might be.

"Okay, I spy with my little eye... Something red," you said, your eyes darting around the quiet street as you and Arthur walked along, hand in hand, having just gone out to dinner at your favorite restaurant. The moonlight cast an almost magical glow all around you.
"Is it... That large bouquet of roses in the flower shop over there?" Arthur guessed, pointing to said floral arrangement. You giggled.
"Yep!" you exclaimed, nodding.
"I knew it! And it's my turn now! Let's see here... I spy with my little eye... Something that is absolutely beautiful in every sense of the word," Arthur whispered, smiling and staring right at you. You blushed bright pink, knowing he was talking about you, but you decided to play dumb.
"Is it... The moon?" you asked. Arthur shook his head.
"Nope. Try again," he cooed.

Everything was black.
(Name) cried out in terror, petrified of her surroundings. Or lack thereof.
Everything was cold and dark and empty. Not a single person was with her. Not even her--
“DADDY!!” She gasped, running around the void as panic began to settle into her soul.
“Daddy, where are you?!” (Name) screamed, tears running down her cheeks. Sobs escaped her mouth, and she dropped, laying on the blackness in utter defeat.
“D-Daddy…please…” She whimpered, the void opening up beneath her.
And then she was falling.
(Name) awoke with a sharp gasp, fresh, hot tears racing from her eyes as she shook. Her whole body heaved as she attempted to breathe properly, images from her nightmare still etched into her mind.
“D-Daddy…” She whispered, and with stifled sobs she worked her way out of bed to the thankfully solid floor. If anyone could make her feel better, it was her Dadd

“Lovino!” (Name) called and flailed her arms. She bumped into a sharp edge, and screamed out in pain. “Lovino! Where are you!?” She reached her hands out and heard footsteps in the distance. Suddenly, her back was pressed against a warm chest. She felt muscular hands snake underneath her arms. Lovino’s warm hand grabs her left hand and gently wrote on her palm with his finger.
‘I - a-m - r-i-g-h-t - h-e-r-e.’
She let out a sigh and collapsed in Lovino’s arms. (Name) always gets panic attacks when Lovino isn’t holding her hand. Why would Lovino be around a girl who can’t even see? Why would she need him out of all people? Lovino and (Name) are at all different. They both have a fault in t

It was unbearably hot on the Black Pearl. The sun’s rays made your skin fry like a fish on a skillet. Mmmm you could actually go for some fish right now. As you leaned against the railing of the ship, you closed your eyes and figured that you might as well get a tan while you were out here. The ship swayed gently from side to side as it kept on moving throughout the ocean. Thankfully the sea was calm in the afternoon and you didn’t have to worry about a wave bringing the entire ship and its crew down.
Even though you had been a pirate for almost your entire life, you were still a little nervous around the sea. The water was unpredictable. It could be purifying and be used for all sorts of remedies that witches had but it could also destroy and take out thousands of ships without a single breath. You had learned that the hard way when you watched from a castaway boat your parents fighting for their lives during a terrible storm.
The water giveth, and the water taketh.
Mutti's Birthday (2P!Germany x Mutti!Reader)_______________ woke up that morning. She looked to the right and saw that Lutz wasn’t there. She looked puzzled as she freshened up and went downstairs. The whole house was still. Too still…she sighed and went into the kitchen. There she was greeted to the most chaotic sight she’s seen this year…her whole kitchen was covered in smoke and flour. Tom was on the ground with a bowl of batter on his head. Franz and Gilbert were fighting something that oozing from the oven.
“It’s still growing!” cried Franz pounding it with a rolling pin.
“Keep beating it!” Gilbert was hitting it with a frying pan. Lutz was juggling eggs while trying to put them in the pan while and trying to avoid Tom, who managed to get up, grabbed some oven mitts and brought the pan to his Vati. Germania was in the corner looking on and then placed his head in his hands and sighed.
“What’s going on in here?!” they stopped and looked up.
Feel the Beat (Dave x Deaf!Reader)
Dave hadn't seen his best friend, well besides Egderp, (Y/N) in so long he'd forgotten how beautiful she was. The last time he could actually remember her was on the playground in pre-school. The little pigtailed girl who always seemed to be carrying a box of chocolate-coated animal crackers; it wasn't what he was expecting to see after 15 years but this definitely wasn't what he thought about either.
Her figure had filled in some, her figure was an average figure that women commonly had. Her hair was (length), (style) with a few blue highlights added into it. A smile was plastered on her face as she stood in his doorway but it was clear she was as shocked as Dave.
"Dave, oh my gosh!" Her voice still had that weird, deep ring to it. No judgement, he thought it was kinda interesting. It was like that back in pre-school too and maybe she just never grew out of it.
"It's been a while, yeah. Do you wanna come in?" He cocked his head, remaining cool but behind the shades he was

Genghis Whenever we were bad my mother used to take us to the mall to see Genghis Kahn. They kept him in a dusty diorama of a Mongolian steppe, all tall grass and yurts. He sat on a throne of bone (well, plastic shaped like bone), scowling in incomprehension at the American kids who flocked around him like startled lemmings. My mother would usually push us toward him, saying things like “Tell him what you did to your father’s stamp collection.” Genghis would give a grunt, spit a wad of phlegm onto the tall grass, and give us a wizened, wrinkled grimace, as if he had to go to the bathroom.
He terrified me.
My brother couldn’t get enough of him.
When my brother got caught in my mother’s evening dress, my mother grabbed us both and dragged us to Genghis. It was a slow day, and we were the only kids crowding him. “Tell him what you did,” my mother hissed a
